A friend recommended this place . Took my parrot (18+year old) the guys were so gentle with her. I really appreciated their work. She came out pretty normal usually she's stressed and shaking afterwards but this time she did pretty good. I will be going back to them. She came home and ate right away and normally she eats til the next day. They trimmed beak, nails, and feathers. I made an appointment before going which works because you don't have to wait to be helped. The whole process was about 5-10mins. The price was $25. My bird is pretty small so the price varies they said. Lola is happy.

Came to this shop for the first time to pick on of their baby budgies. I love that the place is very clean and you must use hand sanitizer before interacting with the birds. The birds are treated with love and care. You can tell instantly that this shop cares a lot about their birds. The staff are very friendly and they are very knowledgeable about bird care. Will be returning again for my next bird.

Purchased my lovebird here. I’m so glad I found them after having a negative experience in another nearby bird store. I was delighted with the service, friendliness, and knowledge. I didn’t even ask but the lady helping me called her boss to ask if the bird I was looking at was on sale. I left a with a hand fed, healthy, baby lovebird that I am completely obsessed with but that’s another story😂. I went back to have my baby groomed and received the same great service! Highly recommend.

I purchased my 2 lovebirds here. I also board and get them groomed here and they are wonderful to my feather babies! You will need to set up an appointment for grooming. I highly recommend this location.

I really wish I did not have to do this, but the grooming experience I had recently, this November, was not good. I have taken my cockatiel there for years now, so this was unexpected. I handed my bird to the groomer as usual, but he took him to the back to get him out of his transport carrier. He was brought out and groomed for his beak and wings, but after I noticed he had a cut under his nose. When I questioned this, I was immediately given details about how this happened, not during grooming, but that this happened at home before his appointment (night terrors). He did not have this cut before the appointment. He did not have night terrors before the appointment. I made that clear, but no further explanation was given for how he got that cut.
