Good experience for our 1st time, staff was friendly. My only thing would be that I guess they were short staffed and didn't do the new patient portal check in they normally do. And I had to ask for a nail clipping (which I was told on the phone was part of their regular protocol per visit). It just could have been more thorough for a 1st time experience. But good overall.

The staff here are very knowledgeable in cats and have a very gentle approach, even with my 13 year old anxious cranky girl. I’ve never felt judged here for my financial situations or anxieties, they are always reassuring, and they always have helped both my cats feel better with their various health issues and limit stressful situations for them. I live about a hour away, but in a pinch it’s been so easy to get into this vet very fast, and get my cats’ health prioritized/taken care of - I know my cats are always in good hands here. My youngest cat Spoons was actually deathwished before this place, and EC helped me navigate her health and treatment. They are the reason she is even alive today 5 years later! Love them. They go above and beyond with care. Highly recommend. Came to my house after hours to make sure Peaches didn’t chew her stitches out when I couldn’t get the sweater back on her.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for this clinic. My cat has suffered UTI’s and they always know exactly what to do. I dropped her off just for the day but felt so comfortable leaving her in their arms. These are true animal lovers and I love their team and how they operate. From the doctor, to tech/ admin I had a very comfortable experience. And now I can rest easy knowing my cat has the correct medication and diagnosis. Thanks again, Exclusively Cats! I have used eCats for almost a decade now. I have had 5 different cats as patients at this vet, and they are second to none. I have never once wondered whether or not my cats were getting the care they needed. I've recommended them to countless people in my life. If you live in southeastern Michigan and have a cat, you should go here. They're worth it.
