Just moved to Albany and desperately needed to find a quality pet store asap. We went to 3 places before finding this spot. Best place we came across. Staff was incredibly kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. We even got to meet the owner who was so lovely and helpful. We literally packed our trunk and back seat almost entirely with new reptile enrichment and enclosure necessities and the prices were unbeatable. Anywhere else we very easily could have ended up spending double. Can’t recommend more highly. It’s about 45 minutes from where we live but absolutely worth the trek. They will absolutely be our #1 spot for everything. Shout out to the staff! Yall are amazing! Thank you!

My family and I came in today looking for a decent to large bird cage for a bird we were very interested in at a local Petsmart. However, we ended up getting the cage AND the bird from Everything Pets as the 'animal specialist' at Petsmart continuously strongly advised on my family and I from getting the largest cage available by Petsmart as a temporary cage for one bird. We asked her if it would be okay for the temporary cage to be temporary for 1-2 days and she said that still wouldn't work. Then she said "If it makes you feel any better, no one has shown any interest in the bird for months". We understand vetting your customers to make sure they are going to responsible and loving homes, but it prevented us from being a pet family. The staff at Everything Pets were very helpful, knowle

1st time customer here. Excellent experience from phone call to cashing out. Kristen was extremely helpful with my parokete questions and even took a little time to look at my birdcage setup to see what I needed for a happy home for our new bird. Will be going back again. Excellent bird as well also bought a beta fish and food. Highly recommended.

Jumping spiders way too over priced, feeders were moldy, spiders and other pets in bad unhealthy contention. disgusting cricket bin with so many dead bodys. Nice works though.

We stopped by Everything Pets to pick up a Ball Python and get some enclosure tips, and we couldn’t be happier! They had an awesome selection, and every snake looked healthy and well cared for. The staff were super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about reptiles, they were happy to answer all our questions. Hands down a way better experience than Petsmart or Petco. We’ll definitely be back! 🐍
