I was very pleased in how they Treated my Dog. I let them know up front my Dog would listen & O bay, so no need to Man Handle or use Force. I had been to another Vet who used force 1st & blew off my Concern of a Skin issue. Here they took skin samples and found she had a Staff Infection. One of the Medications she needed, I was only able to get 1/2 the rest on back order. When it hadn't came, they put her on another Med, & it was hand delivered to my home! Above & Beyond Service. They respected me, more IMPORTANTLY, my Dog. I trust them Completely.
