Took my cat in because I was worried that he wasn't eating well and losing weight. Turns out he had a mouth infection that causes the teeth to breakdown and disintegrate. It's very painful and the nerves are also inflamed. He had surgery 2 weeks later (this was christmas/new years but they still fit him in for a major procedure) He lost most his teeth but he is doing so much better now. I appreciate all they did for him. Even checking up on him weeks after the surgery when I was worried he still wasn't eating well.

My dog needed to be seen ASAP for an ear hematoma. He is not a regular patient here but they saw him immediately and treated him the same day with minor surgery and reasonable fees. Other veterinary offices would have sent him to the pet hospital in Annapolis. I am so grateful for their care and kindness.

Our sweet Brodie, an Australian Shepard, is a frequent flyer at Everhart and a brain tumor warrior/survivor. Each and every time he has been in or had to come in urgently (like we did a few weeks ago for a damaged nail on his paw) we have been met with smiles, compassion, good care, and kind followup after his appointments. We know he feels the love your staff provides as he now goes right to the back for any testing or his shots happily and not stressed out. Thank you for providing the best care for both of our pups and showing them so much love when we come in. We moved to Pasadena over three years ago, and after initially commuting to our old vet, we decided to take a chance on Everhart. We are so glad that we did! We’ve been coming for annual visits, Schmoo’s joint pain/arthritis, Snuffles’s eye injury, Schmoo’s skin infection, dentals and more. Lately it seems like Everhart is their second home. They’ve seen several vets including Dr Kerr (thanks for saving Snuffles’s eye!!!), Dr Menefee and Dr Baumler - all of whom are compassionate, kind, and most importantly knowledgeable and helpful with the dogs’ various health concerns. The support staff is incredible, shout out to Allison for always accommodating us and being a friendly face when we arrive and to all the vet techs for administering monthly injections. We recently adopted a rescue Anatolian Shepherd (2.5 yrs) "Willow" and we needed an initial visit and also needed to schedule a spay since the rescue in Texas didn't have the bandwidth. The office in Pasadena (Ft Smallwood Rd) is professional and top notch. From the front desk to the techs to the Drs. Willow's first visit went well and Dr Betta explained all the services and options needed for our puppy. Even with the first meds we got Willow, Jennifer Conrad at the office (Customer Service Rep) was kind enough via email to help us out when we had even more questions about Willow from the car ride home.
