Escatawpa Animal Clinic

I brought my rescue pup to another local vet clinic but I did not like the “walk in only” aspect, especially when no matter what time I wanted to bring my dogs in, there were so many people waiting before me. No fault to theirs, I am glad they have customers because they are a good vet clinic! But for me and my 2 anxious dogs, having a set time and day for an appointment worked best for us. I have been going to Escatawpa Animal Clinic with both Brody and Bennett for their first yearly appointments, and I have had a very good experience each time, with 2 different veterinarians seeing each of my boys at separate occasions. I went today with my almost 2 year old Aussie and it went so much smoother than I imagined it would! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Friendly staff took great care of my kitty and the vet Dr.Mccoy is as cool as he can be too. Taught me a few things on how to get in the field and a couple small things about cats. All in all great vet and great people!

There are many raving reviews and I’m glad those people had good experiences. For people close to me, not so much. The staff has attitude problems, they shame people while they’re trying to get care for their pets, and rip people off by making their idea of best treatment nonnegotiable (and which ends up being inaccurate and just so happens to be the most expensive… hmmm) People trust this clinic because it is so close to their home and that shouldn’t lead to this kind of care. What a shame.

This place is amazing!!! The staff and vets have helped my Skeeter so much I couldn’t be happier. They are very friendly and great at what they do. I couldn’t be more happier

The doctor and staff are great people. We had an annual appt for our dog, and our cat got very sick around the same time. They agreed to see our cat at the same time as the dog without an additional appt. Doctor McCoy is very professional. He reviewed all our cats records, including the ones on Pet Connection (we had taken him to another vet open on Saturdays previously), and gave advice for his condition. He is very empathetic, even though he has a lot of experience and has probably seen sick pets several thousand times. He gives down to earth advice and is not out to rip you off. He will give you all of the treatment options, even if they cant offer them at their facility, and if those treatments would actually be good for your pets wellbeing.
