As a first-time bearded dragon owner, it was such a relief to find a veterinary hospital nearby that sees exotic pets. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The nurse was wonderful and made the visit feel calm and reassuring. The veterinarian was kind, knowledgeable, and gave us excellent advice tailored to first-time owners, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was the follow-up phone call a few days later to check in on my dragon and see how she was doing—such a thoughtful touch. We absolutely adore Erlanger Veterinary Hospital! Our cats have been patients here for years and we couldn't be happier with the care that they receive. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and appears to genuinely care about our pets. The veterinarians always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure we feel comfortable with the treatment plan. On a side note, our girls love the kids area and the fish tank in the lobby. We highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care for their feline friends!

Great veterinarians here and worth the price when your fur baby is in need! Great care that’s keeping my babies healthy and they treat them like family. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for great care.

I took my male and female rabbits to be spayed and neutered. It's hard to find exotic vets in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Vet and Techs are very knowledgeable and my rabbits came out safe and healthy. No issues whatsoever. Rabbits are very delicate animals and I was scared to death, especially the female but everything worked out. I would highly recommend this place.
