Our dog Brooke somehow caught Pneumonia, they provided the utmost amount of care for her the 24 hours that she was there. She came home a brand new pup. They were extensive in finding out what was wrong with her. Years ago, my other dog Peyton got injured and they gave the same amount of care for her too. It doesn't happen often that an emergency arises, but when it does I feel secure in knowing ER4PETS is here.

I want to express my deepest appreciation to the entire team, and especially to Dr. Diana Jones, for the exceptional care they provided to my dog, Prince, over so many years. Prince was not just a pet, he was a beloved member of our family and the compassion, patience, and dedication shown to him during every visit truly meant the world to us. Even during his most difficult moments, the doctor Jones treated Prince with genuine kindness and dignity. Her support and guidance helped us make the best decisions for his comfort and well-being, and I will always be grateful for the time and care they invested in him. WARNING GRAPHIC WOUND PICTURES When our cat was bitten by a rattlesnake TWICE we didn't know if he would make it. We took Grizwald to Dr Jones on July 5th 2024 and by September he was back to being himself. The bite(s) caused swelling and tissue damage that he has completely recovered from! Those first 2 days she and her staff cared for Griz in the office placing an IV giving antivenom, pain meds,fluids and antibiotics. He knows he is lucky to have survived and he's living it up with the 8 lives he has left. 😺 Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication!

I am very disappointed with my experience. My dog was diagnosed with multiple chronic conditions by only a visual examination ..."liver disease", "kidney disease", "cataract"... and the list goes on. This was said without any clinical testing being performed first, which was very concerning to me. Additionally, the doctor did not seem willing to address an emergency situation, attributing it primarily to my dog’s age. I also did not feel comfortable leaving my dog there overnight due to the overall experience. Paid for nothing done but add even more stress! *p.s. Went next day to our Vet clinic and the problem was solved with a simple sinus infection.

We love Dr Jones and her clinic!! I live that she gives the best advice and she by instinct understands what’s best. I called and told her about our fog who had an inoperable mass in colon and she recommended we change diet. He lived 2 1/2 more years. She will always be our go to vet
