Epic Puppies

Excellent service!! Drove down from Broward County to get a long haired chihuahua. Professional and respectful dog handlers. The facility isn't not big, however is clean and simple. Paid full in price but they offer finance options. Highly recommend if your looking to buy a new addition to your family!!

Out of all the other places I researched, this place was the best hands down! The process was super easy when I got there! Everybody was so nice and when you text on what’s app they respond super fast and will answer any question that you have! 10/10 highly recommend, I would get my next dog here and tell all my family and friends about it!

I had a very disappointing experience with Epic. Initially, the service seemed good. After selecting a puppy, they informed me they could not sell her due to a health issue and advised against it, which I appreciated. I then selected another puppy. Before committing, I specifically requested information about the puppy’s parents because I wanted to ensure I was purchasing a standard-size Bernedoodle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on the breeder to send that information, but I never received it. When the puppy arrived at the facility, I went to see her earlier than the recommended one-week observation period after travel. I immediately expressed concern that she seemed very small.
