Dr. Brown is amazing, compassionate and educated. Every time I’ve taken my animals to him he is gentle when handling them and makes sure I understand why he’s treating them with whatever they need. He takes time to listen to my concerns and answers all of my questions. The whole staff at Ephrata Vet is kind and professional. I love the service I receive every time and would highly recommend taking all your animals here. The prices are the best I’ve found in this area as well.

Dr. Brown and his staff are always kind and helpful. He doesn't give your dog/cat treatment they do not need and takes the time to figure out what is going on with them. Sometimes it can be hard to get in to see them (not always a same week or following week appt) but that's not Dr.Brown's fault. He is the only vet now for Ephrata and he a good veterinarian. His staff will get you in as quick as they can. Also anyone who has worked with animals knows your not in it for the $$, your in it because you love animals. Support Grant County Veterinarians whenever you can. Cheers.

I love the techs and the vets I’ve seen so far, but one of the front desk workers is extremely rude. I was told to drop my cat off at 8am. I know that it was 8am because I had asked if I could do like 10 mins earlier because I worked at 8. I was a little aggressive with the door but I was TOLD 8. She tried to lie her way saying they wouldn’t have told anyone that because they’ve been doing it for 20 years or whatever. Just apologize and make up for it rather than acting like I’m coming to tear up your place of work. I was acting on what I was told, if you can’t understand that someone messed up along the ways, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Thank god for the vets and techs or I wouldn’t come back.

We had a late night emergency visit after our golden retriever ran into an old cattle trough and cut herself wide open. Dr. Brown and his assistant were kind, knowledgeable, professional, and probably saved her life. We are incredibly thankful he was there.

So grateful for Dr Brown who was able to get the cheatgrass out of my little Lilli’s ear today…..so grateful for the miracle of them having a cancellation so I could get her in right away. THANK YOU!
