Dr. Sue is great very knowledgeable. Her staff is very good friendly I drive 50 miles to see her. I live in Stockton not a vet around here that’s worth a dime. Thank you.

I don't normally write bad reviews because i never had bad moments in places but as for this place i spent 650-700$ Quoted on a cherry eyes surgery for my dog King Roscoe the Vet even said if the surgery fails after that she will personally redo the surgery for free!!!! and after the surgery my dogs cherry right eye started to pop back out a month after so we went back to reschedule another surgery and before the start of the surgery i get a call from the Vet who stated her excuse was that my dog was drooling excessively and they need to do blood work to see if he has a heart murmur thats gonna cost me $350!???! just seem like a scam to me honestly and if i don't get my dogs eyes repaired soon it will be seen as a civil lawsuit from me as well because we were promised that Roscoe would ge

It is extremely hard to get a hold of anyone in this place. You would be very lucky if you can get ANYONE to answer the darn phone. Once they do get you on the phone they put you on an extremely long hold. When I called for the 20th time. I told her it was just a simple question about pricing. Obviously people are ahead of me and she told me she'll put me down for a call back but obviously it was just to leave me there on hold again until I hung up. If you just put the praising of your service for nail clipping I think you would get way more less calls. All I wanted was an answer on pricing and I can't just seem to get a hold of anyone.

I am writing this from a parking lot, waiting for updates while my dog is in emergency surgery. My experience is not embellished; I simply believe it must be shared. I normally rely on Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital in Turlock, but I chose Empire Veterinary Clinic based on family recommendations regarding affordability. My dog was experiencing discomfort, so I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, December 10th, at 3:30 PM. As a new client, I arrived 20 minutes early because i knew there would be some sort of paperwork. I parked across the street because the parking lot way packed. I submitted my paperwork at 3:23 PM—seven minutes before my scheduled time—only to be told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour even with an appointment. Great start... When I returned at 4:10 PM, the
