Grateful for Dr. Dennis Schneider! My 10yo heeler mix had a bloody oozing hot spot on side of her neck that continued to spread and swell over night from allergic reaction. I live in Burt and called Algona and Humboldt vets who were not able to help us. I’m grateful Dr. Dennis Schneider in Emmetsburg was able to help us. He was friendly and immediately knew it was a hot spot allergic reaction and prescribed medication for my dog. Thank you so much for helping Mooshu today. I was worried we wouldn’t find care before the Labor Day holiday. Thank YOU. ❤️

Respectfully the lady that works there seems so sweet but let me tell you that man is so rude and disrespectful has no respect for anyone but himself he flat up told me he didn’t wanna be up all night helping my cat clear his bladder not even 2 hours later he passed if you’re unhappy with your job then don’t be an animal doctor

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Needed emergency care for a kitten and Dr Schneider says word for word “you have a vet down there. I’ve been here since 7 o clock this morning, I’m ready to go home. Call someone else”. When you offer emergency services for pets you should be more than willing to at least take a look at the animal, even if it means they won’t make it through the night.

Another veterinarian that is too worried about money and not saving the lives of animals. I am a disabled American which gets paid once monthly which is more than I would be willing to make monthly payments to save my lifelong friend. But obviously these veterinarians around here do not care about animals. All they care about is money. It is so sad. Please everybody get out and tell your veterinarians that please let people that have money coming in accept them save their animals. How do you think my 15-year-old daughter is going to feel about this? The next generation is learning about how you treat animals
