Elwood Animal Hospital

I have had 3 emergencies (on different days) in the last 2 months with my mini schnauzers. I got in asap with all 3. Unfortunately my Lilly didn't make it. They were very compassionate. They tried to help her, but it was just too late to do anything. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and put every effort towards helping my dogs. My other 2 are doing great. Very thankful for them. I posted a picture of our crew!! They appreciate you guys too!!

Last week my kids and I came home from school devastated to find our sweet cat Jade very very ill. She had been sick for a couple months but we thought was getting better. She was so sick she couldn’t even get herself out from behind the couch.. I immediately called Elwood Animal Hospital.. a week before Christmas, no idea what to do.. They told me to bring her in right away. We unfortunately had to make the decision to put her to sleep.. Every staff member, and the veterinarian was absolutely wonderful. So sweet, so caring, and listened as my children and I cried and talked about your sweet girl. I brought my dog, Moose, to this veterinary clinic for anal gland issues. The veterinarian and veterinary technician provided exceptional care, ensuring a swift and safe visit for both me and Moose. They even contacted me a few days after the visit to follow up on Moose’s condition. I am deeply grateful to the entire team at this clinic for their kindness, professionalism, compassion, and friendliness. I am confident that I will return to this clinic if Moose requires any further medical attention. 5/5 stars recommend for any local pet owner.

Elwood Animal Hospital has been absolutely wonderful. My two dogs, Ron and Louis, had to get some dental work done and received amazing treatment, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Ingold and her entire staff went above and beyond to make sure they were well cared for, comfortable, and treated with genuine compassion during the entire process. They answered any questions I had and were very informative. You can tell they truly love what they do and care deeply about the animals and their owners.
