Elk Creek Animal Hospital

All of the staff was excellent during our emergency situation. They gave us timely updates and took care of our dog like he was their own. We've been with Elk Creek for 3 years now after leaving our local vet and won't go anywhere else. You won't find a more caring, attentive and trusting vet clinic, I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Brad and his staff absolutely went above and beyond for our dog. He had a surgery done at a different clinic that resulted in major complications. We came to Dr. Brad afraid we were loosing our family pet. The dedication and skill shown literally saved my dog. The ladies at the desk were the best! I cannot express my gratitude enough. We will not go anywhere else. Thank you to everybody who took care of Rebel!

Dr rohleder was amazing addressing our concerns and choice on what to do for a mass on our dog. Although not the outcome a pet owner wants, We felt he took his time and had real care for our dog and we did not feel rushed through the appointment. He gave us detailed information without medical jargon, or pushing the most cost or bandaid treatment that will need later intervention. Additionally all the girls in the lobby and the vet tech/assistant were extremely friendly and caring. The prices were more than reasonable especially for surgery. I will be driving my dog an hour to this vet for all serious or important issues!

I’ve trusted Elk Creek Animal Hospital for years, including some very difficult end-of-life visits. That’s why this recent experience genuinely surprised me. My dog is thankfully okay, and I appreciate the care he received. However, this visit totaled nearly $600. In past visits over the last few years, I’ve never exceeded $200 to $300 for similar concerns, so that’s what I based my expectations on walking in. I did verbally agree to diagnostics, but I wasn’t given a clear estimate beforehand, and I didn’t realize the total would reach that level. In hindsight, I know I could have asked more detailed pricing questions, but I also think clearer cost ranges up front would help avoid surprises. I recommend Elk Creek repeatedly to my clients! Staff is amazing. They go above & beyond. Vets’ diagnostic skills r excellent & of utmost importance to longterm health & welfare of pets. They r professional, skilled, efficient & compassionate consistently. Pricing is within reasonable range. Outstanding!
