Booger had a fantastic experience with Dr. Hill and the rest of the team! Our technician was incredibly kind and understanding, which made all the difference. We were seen right away, and the entire process was seamless. 10/10—I left feeling confident that Booger was in the very best hands!

Lack of Transparency and Concerning Injury During Visit I took my cat in for testing and agreed to have him sedated due to his skittish behavior. When I picked him up, I was shocked to find a clear injury on his nose that had been glued shut—something I was never informed about during or after the visit. There was no call, no explanation, nothing mentioned at pickup. I immediately checked his carrier and surroundings to see if he could’ve hurt himself somehow, but there’s nothing sharp or capable of causing a wound like this. It seems obvious that the injury occurred under their care. When I reached out, the clinic offered nothing more than a basic apology and showed no intention of making things right or investigating further. Trying new vets as I felt I’ve been paying quite a bit more than I should. I was very happy with pricing, treatment, quality and friendliness of staff at Elite. This just might be our new vet home!

I have to share how much Karen (vet tech) has gone above and beyond to care for us and our black lab who has been diagnosed with diabetes and is now blind. Karen is such an incredible asset to this clinic and she demonstrates how much she truly cares about the animals and their humans especially during difficult diagnoses. Going through these times with furbabies is never cheap or fun but the care and concern we have received from Karen has been a true blessing and I am SO glad we switched over to Elite a couple of years ago. I can't even begin to think about having to go through this ordeal without being in Karen's care.

I have four dogs and in the past seven years I've had to change vets due to poor office staff or Veterinary doctors who were unfriendly. Elite Vet Hospital is hands down the best vet I've been to in the area. Staff was nice and competent. They are cordial, respectful, and caring. Very professional. They were fantastic with my dogs. I highly recommend this place.
