Elite Suites Pet Resort - Heath

My dogs stayed here for about a week and honestly, it was amazing. Before booking, I stopped by Elite Suites to check it out, and the manager was nice enough to pause what she were doing to give me a tour. Right away I knew this was the place for my pups. One of my dogs can be kinda weird around other dogs, but they took extra precautions and still made sure she had the best time ever! I also signed them up for training while they were there, and Charles, the trainer, updated me every single day. When I picked them up, the staff was super sweet, filled me in on how they did, and even gave me the cutest little report card. Definitely bringing them back!

Elite Suites Pet Resort has been absolutely amazing for our 5-month-old Golden Retriever! We bring her for daycare and she absolutely loves it—she gets so excited every time we arrive, which says everything. The staff is caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about the dogs in their care. We also do training with Charles, and the progress we’ve seen has been incredible. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining techniques so we can continue the training at home. Our puppy has gained so much confidence and is learning excellent manners at such a young age. We have complete peace of mind knowing she’s safe, happy, and well cared for. Highly recommend Elite Suites Pet Resort to anyone looking for top-tier daycare and training!

We’ve had such a great experience with Elite Suites Pet Resort. Our golden retriever does training with their trainer, and we’ve seen real, consistent progress. The trainer takes the time to understand our dog and works with his personality, which has made a huge difference. He also absolutely loves daycare and gets excited the moment we pull into the parking lot. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about the dogs. The facility is always clean, communication is great, and we feel completely comfortable leaving him there. We truly trust Elite Suites and would highly recommend them for both training and daycare.

Elite Pet Grooming & Lodging has been an excellent experience every time. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly accommodating. Our pets seem to love it here — they always come back happy, and it’s clear they’re well cared for. The facility delivers everything we expect and more, and the added cameras give great peace of mind while we’re away. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the way they treat both pets and owners. Had an amazing experience! From the time I walked in the door, Caileigh welcomed me in with a smile and got my pups right back with no hesitation. The groomer Bre was phenomenal. She called my wife and asked for pictures and any other special instructions she might need to know. Our girls looked amazing! When I came to pick them up in the afternoon another smiling face from Kylie took care of payment and made sure to get my girls up to the lobby promptly. To top off the wonderful experience, Kelsey came out to make sure I was pleased with everything. The love and care Kelsey and her entire team gave our pups was like no other. We will definitely be repeat customers.
