I could not recommend this place enough! The customer service was phenomenal. Trista answered my questions and made intelligent recommendations for my dog, Kevin, for his spa day. The grooming itself was awesome, Kev seemed happy before and after the grooming, and was looking like a brand new pup (he's almost 13!) The app they use is a breeze to schedule on too.

Molly spent 3 days at elevation since we had to attend wedding in Nebraska. Spoke to Kayla over the phone to get all info and met her on Monday before her Wed stay. All my concerns were answered. I told her about her separation anxiety that might happen. She had pills one morning and one at night. We got a daily report on how she was doing everyday. My husband and boarded our 2 dogs for 4 days. I can’t say enough good things about the experience!! We received pictures and report cards daily so we knew how our dogs were doing. We have boarded other places and everytime we’ve brought them home they have been high strung, and clingy. This time they are relaxed, and happy. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our fur babies!!!

I have been taking my dog Kenneth to Elevation for boarding, daycare, grooming and individual training since January, 2023. We have had consistently positive experiences with Kelly and all of our favorite Elevation staff. Any communication is always timely, professional, and reliable, including taking time to discuss any/all issues that might be coming up during everyday play and/or training. The spacious facility is clean and climate-controlled. The App they use for scheduling/communication is user-friendly and convenient. They offer a range of minimal ingredient treats and engaging toys for sale. The women working there were amazing and took care of my husky Athena very well and did a great job handling her personality. I didn't have her vaccine paperwork when dropping her off, and instead of making a big deal of it or not accepting my dog. They simply called the last place I had gotten her shots done at and had them send copies of her paperwork over. I really loved the problem solving skills that I'm not used to receiving while traveling. I loved their attitudes and professionalism working with my ever changing schedule.
