It was a last-minute appointment, and they were able to find a spot for me. They were super nice to me and my baby, Sienna. The service was incredible. They also recommended vitamins, probiotics, and gave me tips for my dog. I'm really happy!

My double coated Pomsky dog was trimmed to far by Edugroomer. Now for the next 2 months I can not take my dog in the sun without sun protection and very short walks because he over heats quickly without his outside coat. We usually walk 2miles in the morning no problem. Now down to 1/4 mile before overheating. The owner instead of taking our conversation as an educational experience since we are all humans and make mistakes. Defended what they did saying its normal practice and any groomer would do the same. A simple google seach will let anyone know what not to do with this breed. I was not home when the groomer came my wife was. She asked for a bath and trim. But was recommend this cut by the groomer. Feeling she was a professional she took her advise. All I ask in the future
