Ed's Pet World of South Dakota!

Could not say I was impressed by what I saw. First, they don’t sell any items that are good for your pet. Everything is ver much over priced. all of the animals are in very poor cages. There were way more than five mice in a 10-gallon tank, which is not OK with the USDA. A lot of the cages were that way—small cages with too many animals in them. This is not a place that should be supported, even if it’s from a small town.

I been here a few times for I love animals. I had pets sence I was born and everyone had unique qualities of its own. I am suffering with life-long depression and my pets aways been there for me and they helped me through my hard times. I now have a rabbit that I know I would not be here writing this if was not for him, Friskee (which is the rabbit's name) is so accepting and loving for I wish some peaple were like that for we can learn so much from them. So if you are going though depression or any other issues I highly recommend getting a pet for they do wonders for they know when they are loved and cared for and Friskee showed so much love to me.

I love Ed’s Pet World !!!!! The two puppies I picked up there were healthy, happy and “perky” …. their prices are more than reasonable …. the store is a joy to walk through and see all the birds, turtles, and cutie pets available. Staff know their stuff and took care of every detail. Julie …. thank you for all your help ….. you made my shopping experience a true pleasure !!!! - Chuck

We had just went into Ed's Pet World this weekend to pick out some fish for our new tank. The lady with short brown hair was very very rude. I will not be getting anymore there after the look she gave me when I told her I would get my chemicals and that later on was just uncalled for.

My mother and I go to this store very often to get dog food for our dogs Julie (the elderly cashier) is always very nice to my mom but when I go in there alone, Julie treats me very differently and I don’t understand. I don’t wanna say it’s racism, but it definitely feels that way and I will be going in with my mother for now on because I feel uncomfortable with Julie helping me and this has happened more than once. **If I could give no stars I would but need one to post**
