I love this place, they took such good care of my Bunny Sancho, it was his first Vet appointment, he's a baby. It was my first time at a Vet as well, the staff is so lovely they explained everything to me that was happening. Each staff member is knowledgeable from the desk on up. They taught me how to care for his ears, nails and his healthy diet. They ran test as well, turns out he's a healthy little guy! I'm very grateful to have found them
Ginger and I want to wish you all a very “Happy Holiday”! We are going to take this time to thank everyone who worked so hard to save her. It was a long haul, but Dr Robbin’s, Dr Flanders, and of course Dr Danielsen worked so hard to make her better. She is Avery happy girl now, gaining weight and playing like a puppy. The Techs, and the office personal where especially nice.👏🏻❤️👍Thank You!
The staff is amazing, everyone is so nice and ready to help with anything you need. Dr. Fanders is fantastic with my aggressive cat and my bird (black capped conure). I really can't think of a negative thing about this team.
My pets started to be seen as debit cards. Bring them in for an issue, perform tests, give drugs, no follow up. Quite an assembly line. When my dog had a frightening recurring question mark their solution was let’s get an ultrasound now and an x-ray later that week. The conversation started with funds being limited and ended with me needing to find $1200 when they couldn’t even justify the actual test. But those two tests were all they were willing to start with. I immediately left for another practice after getting an estimate for an ultrasound only when we arrived for a second opinion, not only was an ultrasound unneeded, but my dogs chronic spells were being caused by being severely over medicated with tranquilizers. Double what he should be taking PLUS Twice a day. Not only that,
As soon as we turned into the tree-lined driveway we all relaxed. The reception area was bright, clean, and quiet. Two receptionists were ready to help, and we were escorted to the exam room almost immediately. Dr. Robbins was skillful and kind with our new puppy. He brought us up to speed on how to care for him and what to look out for. I knew Samwise was in good hands with Dr. Robbins and Edinburgh Animal Hospital.
