It’s truly comforting to know your pet is in such good hands.

I had an excellent experience at Edgewater Petclinic with my dog, Flash. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about the animals. Dr. Stredel and the team were wonderful with Flash, treating him like the little baby he is! They did a full check-up, cleaned his teeth, and took the time to make sure he was comfortable every step of the way. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming, and you can tell they really prioritize the well-being of their patients. Flash loved it there, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Dr. Rafael has been seeing my cat Garfield for years and I appreciate him more than I can put into words. He is kind, attentive, honest, and truly listens. He treats Garfield with love, you can tell he really cares about his patients and for that, I trust him completely. We are so lucky to have him as our vet.

Wanted to echo some of the concerns I read about this business as I too experienced them. The actual Vet was great! He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable throughout the whole visit. The business practices on the otherhand, are a bit concerning. I was quoted one price, then after a test, I was told "we're changing the medicine so the quote is slighty changed" which I understand. I go to check out and it's about $50 higher than quoted? This wouldn't be a concern if I didn't already read negative comments expressing similar concerns. On top of that, I asked how to apply the medicine to ensure I will administer it correctly. The response I get was "it's just ointment".....okay?
