They are a great veterinarian office The last two Appointments that we had were made the same day fit in , and we didn't have to wait long. They took good care of our animals each and every time very pleasant staff , they keep you informed. Very reasonably priced for what they had to do. Would recommend.

Had great care from Dr. Jeffries when faced with a sudden illness in our dog. The staff and vet techs were amazing and compassionate, in addition to providing great care. Sadly, Dr Jeffries left the practice and our first experience with the office and Dr Whitten was less than stellar. It is now impossible to get a same day appointment when your pet is sick, instead being offered the option for drop off — supposedly to squeeze in the exam between scheduled appointments. Because our dog needed to be seen we agreed. Drove past the office four times that day and there were no cars in the parking lot, though they claimed to have a full schedule. We were not contacted to discuss testing or treatment until services were already performed. Upon pickup, the office again had no cars in the parking

They have taken care of my boy Jethro for over 3 years. I get email updates to schedule for his shots. I also get called to see how he is doing after office visits. My daughter has a cat Max and a dog Ellie that also go to Edgewood. They have provided great care for all are animals. They have a great team that go out there way to help.

I cannot say enough good things about Edgewater. They have ALWAYS provided the best care of our fur babies - for both planned and unexpected visits. All of the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and the Doctors are very thorough. It is obvious everyone there cares and wants the best for your pets.

The staff and Doctors are so compassionate, when the time comes to say goodbye to a family member. Thank's so much
