Our dog, Bella was really sick around the holidays. I have not heard any great reviews for Orchard Park or Hamburg emergency vets. I then saw Eden vet and saw that it was walk in only, no appointments needed. We walked in with our girl and were impressed with the cleanliness of the beautiful office. The staff assigned to us were all kind, caring and compassionate. Our wait time was very minimal. We met with Dr Tarrido and he listened to our questions and concerns. He talked at length about what he thought was wrong. He gave her a thorough exam and told us what tests he would like to perform. Never once were we pressured into having unnecessary procedures done. We were always asked before anything was done, and prices were discussed and transparent. My baby needed surgery but we needed her

I recently had a pet bunny fall ill due to old age and this clinic was so kind. They made sure I knew what was happening the whole appointment and I appreciate all the care they used when helping me and my bunny say our goodbyes ❤️ the staff was so caring and I loved the hand painted paw print 💗 Thank you so much for helping us during this difficult time

I live in Hamburg closer to Lackawanna and have plenty of vet's here but I like Eden veterinary clinic so much I drive past the others to get there. I have been taking my 3 dog's there for years and will continue. The doctor and staff are wonderful, friendly to the animals and there humans

Luis has been a Godsend to my best friend Gemma the dog. Luis and his staff took the time (despite being busy) to do all the necessary tests and X-rays for a proper diagnosis and prescribe medication that made a significant improvement in her daily quality of life. I have experienced other vet clinics in the area over the years and definitely recommend Eden veterinary clinic over anyone else.
