Thank you guys for all you've done for Hugo these few months. We are glad that you guys made Hugo feel loved while he’s going through all these different issues. From Madison at the front desk and her lightning speed skills with sending out medical records and invoices for insurance purposes, Melissa with her friendly demeanor every time we are there, Dr. Steve who is so kind, to Dr. Diane and how thorough and kind she is with helping us, calling for a ortho consult with Dr. Dean, setting up an emergency appt with them for us and determining we didnt need to go, then seeing us first thing in the morning to get Hugo’s splint in place, to the vet nurse(s) (we dont know her/their names) who decorated Hugo’s splint with hearts — this really made my husband smile, (we joked that today is Vetera

I normally am not one to post bad reviews but I am pretty disappointed. We normally love it here, very kind to our pets and almost always reasonably priced. However, 3 weeks ago I brought my dog in for being sick, they diagnosed her paid the $75 exam fee plus the medicine fee. Fast forward to now she now has even worse symptoms even after the meds. We brought her to a different dr here and she diagnosed her with something completely different. She fixed her up and come to our surprise a $500 visit. Not a single thing was disclosed. Normally a cost this large is discussed first. I am disappointed that I had to pay another exam fee when they missed diagnosed her just 3 weeks ago. This could have been fixed then for a much cheaper price. I don’t think I will be back. Everyone has things going

My elderly Parson Russell was slipping away from us. He had bad teeth, which caused a lump below his jaw. This continued to swell and spread, and had begun to affect his breathing. Dr. Dianna was referred to me by my friend. Eastside was able to see him an hour after i called. Cleaning was recommended for the next day, where 7 teeth were removed. Jake was a higher risk due to a heart murmer. This was the very best decision I could have ever made. Eternally grateful to Dr. Dianna and the staff at Eastside. Jake and I were treated very well, and my concerns were heard. The pricing was very reasonable. The clinic is clean and smells clean, and is very well run.

The best Veterinarians for miles around! They quickly diagnosed and treated 9 weeks old puppy. She is back to her rambunctious self.

We have a no nonsense rottie we had to take in for a hurt paw and the service was great and the vet was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and their groomer Eva.
