I love Dr Duffy! Most of the staff are nice and they seem to care about pets. I will say my last visit felt more about the money than my pets, but I guess they are a business after all. I have recommended this vet to friends and would still recommend it.

Has this office been purchased by a private equity firm? Otherwise, I don’t understand how their level of service has gone so far down. My wife has been using them for 20 years. She loves Dr. Duffy, and has only continued going to this office because of him. Sadly, we will be trying to find a new office. Ignoring the price gouging and excessive required appointments, the front desk staff has been antagonistic and rude every time we call (with the exception of someone named Kathy). I see my wife dread calling for even a simple question because of the people answering the phones. This isn’t the office that it used to be, and it’s extremely sad to see.

The staff here was so kind, and the vet was amazing, she jumped into action right away to save my cat from a dangerous fever. You can really feel how much they care about animals. I’m especially grateful for how patient and understanding they were with a worried, emotional mama like me. So thankful for their care and grace. 🐾

We are so very grateful for Eastport Animal Hospital, Dr. Kristen Hultberg, and her team. They are absolutely amazing and true professionals. We have a two year old Cane Corso, Enzo, who is 140lbs and nervous when going to the vet. We have been to two vets previously and they seemed to be apprehensive to work with Enzo because he is so large. They were not very patient and didn't care to explain anything to us e.g. need for various vaccines and medicine. They would give him vaccines without asking about our lifestyle. They prescribed him medicine without explanation or discussion of risks. We just trusted them. As a result Enzo didn't have a good reaction to a tick and flea preventative, it made him sick and when we brought it up they dismissed and belittled our concerns. Another vet even

I've been taking my pets here for many years. Dr. Duffy and Dr. Howard have always gone above and beyond for me and the rest of the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend them.
