I am so happy that I made the decision to bring a stray cat that I wanted to take in to Dr. Bischel and her team! After spending months earning his trust, I was finally able to capture a stray in my neighborhood and wanted to get him the vet care he needed. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to have a routine neuter because of an anatomical defect, but Dr. Bischel and her team were able to make it possible for him to have an abdominal surgery to be neutered as well as address his other needs as a previous stray. Throughout the entire process, everyone at the clinic was so kind, encouraging and took the best care of our Kedi, I truly felt like he couldn’t be in better hands. I scheduled a same-day appointment and was able to get in with no trouble. The wait was about 30 minutes for the vet to come in, but it was worth it. I found out my dog had fleas and allergies, and she was prescribed medication and a medicated shampoo. I left with a lot of helpful knowledge, and Dr. Bischell is a huge advocate for spaying and neutering pets to give them a better quality of life. Overall, a positive experience and I appreciate the care my dog received.

my cat was diagnosed with a uti, they sent me home with some antibiotics and pills to help treat the symptoms, but not actually the infection itself. $500 only for my cat to end up worse and in the emergency room after all his medications were finished and monitoring him closely. took him to tj, cheaper and they did everything for me did an ultrasound and now hes doing better after spending a week in observation/recovery at the vet. dont come here if u want ur wallet to get drained and not even get the full benefit of improving my cats well being.

Wonderful!!! ❤️❤️ We needed a last minute appointment for our puppy and they took us the same day, saving his eye!!! The doctor had just come out of surgery and was quick to help us!! Spin the wheel for fun prizes too!!! Thank you Eastlake Village Veterinary Clinic!! We will be. back!!!

Dr. B your wonderful, you did an excellent job with our Dog. Dr B did surgery on a very large tumor and removed all of the tumor. We Love our Dog and I just want to say Thank You. You gave us a lot more time with him.
