I would like to thank all of the staff, especially the wonderful veterinary technicians at Easthampton Animal Hospital, during Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week, for the exceptional care they provided to Dory recently. They understood how concerned I was and took care of her immediately when we arrived for an emergency appointment. They kept me informed and offered options so that Dr. Kenna could examine her when we returned the following day with additional concerns. I'm happy to share that Dory has fully recovered, and we have resumed our therapy dog team visits last week.

As someone who runs a veterinary practice myself, I don’t say this lightly — I was incredibly impressed with Easthampton Animal Hospital. I recently sent my mom there with her dog after a difficult experience at her previous clinic, where she was told sedation was necessary just to get through a visit. It was stressful for both of them and left her feeling discouraged. I live across the country, so recommending a new clinic felt like a leap of faith. Dr. Kenna is great! I request her when my dog has her yearly checkup. My dog is 13 years old and has a few problems. Dr. Kenna doesn’t push me to do expensive tests and I really appreciate that. They are very accommodating if you need an urgent appointment.

Been seeing Dr. Kenna for years! She was great with my rabbits when I had them, and she's also great with both my dog and cat. My dog and cat both have anxiety around vet visits but she's very patient and gentle with them!

Very easy to get an appointment. They genuinely seem caring for you and your fur babies I’m here today because my cat sprinkles is ill. Stuffy nose dry blood. Am hoping it’s minor I think the prices for a upper class is good but if your struggling it’s pricey but worth it if you love your fur babies
