Just wow the girls are great there but the manager is completely disrespectful older man with a pony tail. An employee was helping me pick lights she handed me one it slipped through my hands bc I already one in my hand complete accident the girl goes don’t worry we’ll just mark it as broken not a big deal this has happened before! She goes in the back and the anger says I need to pay for it. I ask to speak to him he comes out raising his voice with a mouth food spitting food all over what I bought already and just being completely condescending I asked to see the policy which he didn’t have but let me know a sign would b put up when I left smfh. Just the sheer disrespect was uncalled for I’ve spent allot of money at that store bc I believe in supporting small businesses over chains!!! Aft

I have been a loyal customer to this pet store for several years now. I’ve always known they were over priced but for what I purchase weekly the prices were okay enough. We decide to go get my son an albino leopard geico. The man working that day advised my husband to buy this prefixed tank set up and told my husband everything he needed to get started is in there. They come home and start setting up and I quickly see everything sold with this tank set up is all wrong & not good for the animal. So realizing even further this pet store is not concerned about the animal & most of the employees are clueless. I accepted the $200 loss I spent purchasing the bs tank set up they sold us. I recently visited this location and was surprised by the size of the building. However, despite its large space, the selection of pets was quite limited. On the bright side, they do have an impressive selection of live rodents, which is great if you’re in need of feeders. Additionally, the store seems to be expanding or diversifying, as they have a grooming side as well. Overall, it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for feeder rodents, but don’t expect a wide variety of reptiles or exotic pets.

This place has no business selling live animals. I feel so bad for the small pets upfront. The bunnies, hedgehogs, and chinchilla had no place to hide, just empty cages. Only one rabbit enclosure had hay which they’re supposed to have an unlimited supply of. The chinchilla was scared to death due to the loud barking dogs in the back. There was absolutely nothing in its wire cage. It was trying to hide under its ladder. The poor hedgehogs were huddled under their food bowl trying to hide, but there wasn’t room for all of them. Aside from the poor treatment of the pets, the prices are very high. I understand it’s not a chain and I’d be happy to pay a little more if I saw that the animals were well taken care of and it was a clean establishment. After I inherited my Mom's darling Cocker Spaniel from VA I had to call several groomers in Clarksburg and Bridgeport.. No one had appts available and my baby had matted ears.. She desperately needed groomed ASAP.. When I called Eastern pet supply.. Leslie got me an appt the following day and explained and offered to help get the necessary rabies paperwork from my Mom's vet in VA... She told me it could take up to 3hrs or so.. Upon my arrival Savannah was ready and took our baby girl in.. Savannah explained she would do her nails, ears, and probably have to cut a lot of her hair due to the matting..I was shocked when I received a call in about 2hrs to pick her up.. She was all done.. Got there and she was so beautiful..I highly recommend Eastern Pet Supply.. Very personable and professiona
