Good hearted people who genuinely care about pets

Took my sick cat here for the first time today. Although they were busy, the staff was so nice and accommodating. The front desk man and woman were super welcoming, and the vet himself was great. He was easy to conversate with, very knowledgeable, and showed that he cared. The caring part was huge for me - Which is hard to find as most vets and doctors sometimes tend to brush patients off in a rush. Not the case here. Also, pretty affordable for the services. Although my cat dislikes leaving the home, he surprisingly had a great time exploring the office - despite the scared picture! :)

Dr. Jeff and his team are absolute gems when it comes to taking care of your pets—and your family. They genuinely care, letting you stay with your pet to comfort them, which is such a big deal. They take the time to look for real solutions and never make you feel rushed. Honestly, finding this independent veterinarian has been a game-changer for us. I’ll never go back to those big corporate vet chains where it feels like you’re just a number, seeing a different person every visit, and being pressured to buy unnecessary stuff. If you don’t, they make you feel like a terrible pet owner. No thanks! Huge shoutout to Dr. Jeff and his amazing staff—you’ve earned our trust and gratitude!

I really appreciate that the staff here care about my pets, they remember their names in between appointments (which are sometimes a year apart)! There have been times that I’ve needed to call for a quick appointment if one my pets gets very sick and when possible they make room for us, even when I know it’s not convenient for them. I definitely appreciate the care!
