I cannot say enough good things about East Valley Urgent Pet Care and their exceptional care for my dog, Samantha. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and recovery during a surgery to remove a mass on her paw. Dr. Asadorian, Dr. Usiak, Jessica, Reymie, and Bri were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Their expertise and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The staff was easily accessible, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The service was fast without ever feeling rushed, and their attention to detail was remarkable. They even sent us home with everything we needed, including food for Samantha’s first post-op day, which showed their thoughtfulness and commitment

Absolutely love this veterinarian!! Not only were they extremely affordable, the got my poor Lola, who was covered in cactus taken care of in the bestest fastest way possible!! The whole staff was super friendly amd sweet and loving towards my puppy. Dr. Kulkarni. The technicians, Hayley, Marine, Xochitl. The assistant, Reymie. And the receptionist, Elani. We had an excellent experience with East Valley Urgent Pet Care during a very stressful time. Our cat required emergency surgery, and from the moment we arrived, Bekah, Dr. Kulkarni, and the entire team provided outstanding care and attention. Communication was exceptional throughout the process. We were consistently kept informed, everything was explained clearly, and the timelines and next steps were laid out in detail ahead of time, which gave us a lot of reassurance. Most importantly, our cat received all the treatment and care he needed and is now on the mend. We were referred here and drove all the way from North Scottsdale for their care, and it was absolutely worth it. My poor little pup got stung by something in the backyard, and his muzzle and eyes were really swollen. Brought him to this urgent care and as soon as I walked in, the staff greeted us with care, and we were swiftly checked in to be seen. Bekah the veterinary technician was very friendly, and gentle with my dog, and Dr. Jessica Pederson is amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better veterinarian to treat my dog. I’m hoping I don’t need another urgent care vet visit in the future, but if I do, I know where I’ll be going!

This place is amazing. They were quick even though they were busy. So kind and compassionate. Very thorough with their exam and discharge instructions. I’m so impressed. Also love that you can check in online before heading in, hopefully we won’t need urgent care services again but if we do we will definitely be back here.
