East Sacramento Veterinary Center

We have visited many veterinary offices but we’ve NEVER had a better experience than with the team at East Sac Veterinary Center. From the front desk amazing staff (Chad is fantastic) to the technicians and the doctors we always feel welcomed, our pets cared for and honestly overall a 10/10 vet experience. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We love East Sac Vet. After having traumatizing experiences at Banfield, our dog has relaxed and become much more comfortable going to the vet. He's a big rottweiler so to have a vet not be scared of him and treat him so kindly, was a huge thing for us. This place makes a world of difference and we'll never go anywhere else

Great place for pets! The staff is consistently great. The front office is excellent-Chad, Jennifer, Kathy-5 stars! This office is not out to give you a huge list of expensive things you may not need to do. East Sac Vet has a family feel to it which more places need. Love them!

I've had a number of vets at East Sac Vet, and while I had my favorites who moved on to other places, my pups have always received attentive, compassionate, and high quality care. The front desk employees and vet techs are always supportive as well, and I've been able to get my dog in for urgent needs rather than resorting to an emergency vet. Very caring and professional team!

I came in for my dog’s ear infection. We were initially given a drop in time, but later the front desk called to let us know they had a same day cancellation and could see us earlier. This was genuinely appreciated and is the reason for the two star review. Unfortunately, this is where the issues began. Our dog was examined and we went home with medication, an ear flush and gel drops. After a few days, his infection was clearly getting worse and the medication was not helping, so I called the clinic. I was told the front desk would speak to the vet and call me back later, which never happened. While waiting, I realized the ear flush appeared to be causing an allergic reaction, likely making the infection worse. I called again the next day and spoke with a vet tech. I was told I could st
