We knew of east metro as they’re in network with our regular vet. Our girl presented with pain in her hindquarters that we could not resolve. Upon arrival the staff were very quick and communicative when it came to our Husky. Doctor and techs were kind, sweet, and informative. They explained everything every step of the way. After a few X-rays it was determined her tail was dislocated. Pricing was fair considering the situation on a holiday. We were happy to leave with a resolution and everything we needed to keep her comfortable. Definitely recommend this clinic if your pup is ever presenting with an emergency situation.

If you want your beloved pet to live, NEVER take them to East Metro Animal Emergency Clinic, 6225 U.S. 278, NW. On August 31, 2025, I initially took my cat who birthed a kitten with a concern that she still had additional kittens to birth. We were told we were correct and advised to take her and her baby back home and return the next day, if she didn't give birth to the additional kittens. They sent us home with a milk replacer to feed the newborn kitten since the my cat wasn't bonding with her baby. We did what we were told. On Monday morning I was at the facility, before they opened, since Mocha had not had any additional kittens. When my cat was seen, I was given two options: put her to sleep or to let them take the kitten (s) since it was apparent that at least one, was a "stillbirth"

I just want to first thank God, the provider, and the entire staff who cared for Latte! You all were absolutely amazing—so patient, compassionate, and attentive. You went above and beyond to keep me informed and updated on her progress. I’m happy to share that she’s healing and resting well—she even started walking a little today! Praise God for your excellent treatment plan. I am forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Octavia

My little dog, Rosie, was bit by a copperhead. Her face swelled so badly by the time we got there. Almost immediately, they took her back and kept her. They took such good care of her! They are such wonderful and amazing people and I am so glad I took her there because Rosie received excellent care! I highly recommend them! If I have another pet emergency, this is where I will go. Rosie is doing so well and is basically back to normal 3 days after the great care she received from East Metro.

We found ourselves at the emergency vet with our old dog after he took a fall. We unfortunately had to put him down. Each person we came in contact with was beyond top notch. I wish I remembered their names to thank them personally. We were met with compassion at the back door with a full staff ready to get our big boy out of the back of the car, the front desk lady was the sweetest and the doctor was absolutely what we needed. He was very helpful, explained everything and helped us come to the best choice to make our sweet boys pain end. The whole process was handled with dignity and respect. Hated that we had to go there, but glad we did and had the experience we did. It made things a little easier. The doctor even took the time to ask our kids if they understood things or had question
