Our dog, Loki, needed surgery on his front leg, and everyone at East Main Animal Hospital took excellent care of him. The staff made a point to get down on his level, interact with him, and show genuine care, which meant a lot to us. Dr. Chilla was patient and professional throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of our questions with clear, thorough explanations. We also really appreciated her willingness to fit us in on short notice for a follow-up appointment before we had to leave town. We’re very grateful for the care Loki received and would recommend this hospital without hesitation.

I can’t say enough great things about this vet clinic! East Main Animal Hospital has been my veterinarian for over 10 years, and the staff has always been incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, compassionate, and patient every time I walk through the door with my crew of fur babies leading the way. They have taken, and continue to take amazing care of my fur babies (currently 5 dogs and 3 cats) and even remember each of their personalities, quirks, and needs. The vets and vet techs explain everything clearly, never rush me, and truly go above and beyond to keep my pets comfortable and healthy. They genuinely care about my fur babies, not just treating them. I also appreciate that whenever a procedure is needed, they provide an estimated quote beforehand so there are never any surprises

I left this vet with out paying for service. I was give a bill for service that had not happened yet and felt it was exorbitant. I asked for explanation and I felt I was from another planet. A planet where the customers matter and their explanations make sense the Vet came in and started a crazy explanation of costs being high because of Covid 19 of all things! I can't work with a service that doesn't value customers.

My family and I have been working with EMAH for years now. Dr. Shoup, Dr. Chilla, and the entire team are incredible. We've always received great care for our pets. We're also very grateful for their angel fund, which is helping us currently after we lost one of our pets. East Main Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your fur babies <3
