Took in my two yin yang dogs for their routine vet checks and shots. my girl who, is 1, and is extremely introverted was treated with gentle care and compassion. Treated as the sweet girl she is despite her fear response. Team were accommodating and helpful and gave her a fabulous experience. And although she was afraid, she never felt the need to react and barely growled which is amazing for her. She even took treats from the tech showing genuine curiosity and trust from a stranger a positive experience for her. My old boy, 11 was given a great check and loved all the cuddles and pets throughout his check up and shots and I was so happy to know we have options for his senior care as he gets older. Overall vet and techs were a dream to work with. And my dogs came home happy and completely

The front desk was so helpful just 30 minutes before closing for the weekend. Our dog has allergies and her ears get yeasty. We were able to get an ear cleaner that was helpful.

East Main has been amazing to work with for our rescue dog; theyve gotten him in immediately when needed, have a convenient text line, the doctors and staff are extremely compassionate, and most appreciated is they allowed me to work out a payment plan with them when my fur child's bills started adding up. It means the world to me (and Clyde) that he can get the best quality care in town. He's all smiles after leaving East Main, every time. ❤️

Our dog Daisy needed veterinary care while we were traveling. This office got us in quickly and took great care of all three of us. Dr. Haxby is one of the best vets we have ever encountered. Extremely knowledgeable and extremely caring and compassionate.

So compassionate and caring to our pets. I've adopted 2 of our 3 animals from here and they've done a fantastic job caring for all of them. Thank you guys for loving on our fur babies as if they were your own. It really means everything to us.❤
