Dr. Cook is a wonderful compassionate Vet....she took great care of our 21 yr old cat Maya when she had her 1st stroke. Sadly, we lost her today to another stroke. The staff are very attentive and kind too. Thank you for great service and care throughout the years❤️

The vets are awesome they have great care and tretment. VERY NICE PEOPLE once you got in the rooms. I did stop going a few months back and found a new vet since every time I called or got helpd by the front desk they were rude and had attitudes even when talking about sensible topics I just hated there front desk people never got the names or remberd their faces but every single time they were rude no miss.

Our furry babies have been in the excellent care of East Lohman for over 15 years. The vets' knowledge and treatment plans have kept our fuzzies with us for many years. The entire staff is caring and thoughtful, and we appreciate everyone so much!

Our Family is devastated on April 5th we took our beloved Yorkie Princess to get checked for a small growth on her tummy at this point they scheduled us to return to have It removed on Tuesday April 25th our Princess perfectly healthy was dropped off at the office at 7:30 am to have a small procedure to have the growth removed and at 10:30 am they called us that she had passed away. Princess was not a Family pet but a Family member myself and my children are devastated, and heartbroken as to our Princess was fine when we dropped her off and had to pick her up in a box from their office. When we picked her up, they gave us no sympathy and had no answer to what happen, when asked what happen all they responded by telling us that things like this happen is all we were told. The doctors and staff are caring and kind and very skilled. we appreciate their willingness to find good solutions for our issues and concern for cost. we will continue seeing them for all out animal care needs.
