Dr jones and her entire staff are the embodiment of a loving and caring vet for your fur babies. Not only is she a ray of sunshine but she truly takes her time and cares for your pet as if it is her own. She truly has a way of explaining what is going on with your pet in a way you not only understand fully but aren’t scared with medical jargon and feel reassured that they are getting the absolute best care is what sets her apart from any other vet around. I am so grateful to her and her staff for taking care of us and I wouldn’t trust any other group of people with my fur baby! Thank you so much!!!!

Where does one start to express how wonderful the entire staff is at East Jackson ? From making you feel befriended in reception to Dr. Jones who definitely has not only your pet in mind, but you as an individual as well. It's almost like going to have a visit with family as opposed to a "Take a number" feeling you get elsewhere. Simply wonderful!
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The entire staff is AMAZING!! This office has a small town family feel! The techs are friendly, warm, inviting and compassionate! Make you feel heard! Dr Jones is the absolute best! my dogs love her! She always has all the information and options. I love that she treats each dog like they are hers! This is the place I have been searching for! On top of all that the office is clean!!
I had found a injured stray cat outside my home who needed urgent attention, they were the only affordable place I could find and was willing to take him that day. Fortunately they were able to help him and he's doing so good. Every visit is very easy and the staff is so nice and very caring. I would highly recommend taking your pet here, it'll be worth it! I also have started taking my other pets here as well. It's nice going here and being able to speak with the employees freely and not feeling judged for being on a budget:)
