They listened to us, provided options and explanations for various issues, showing our dogs love and compassion for us. When we needed specialists, they made referrals that we found to be technically competent and concerned partners in our dogs’ care. We switched to East Hills about 2-2.5 months ago because I was unhappy with the treatment myself and our cats were getting at our previous vet of many years. Each visit we have had was with Dr. Todd has been great! I have had a great experience with the front desk staff, the vet tech’s and vets here at this location. Plus it’s only 5 minutes from our home! We have 4 cats and so far 2 of them have been brought in for different medical needs - surgery follow up and a long term health problem. I love how this clinic is so informative and doesn’t pet shame what so ever. I think they have the pets best interest and I trust that their recommendation is best for my babies. Not to mention their facility is much cleaner than ones I have previously visited. We will be bringing my moms cats to this

East Hills is always willing to make time for us when we need urgent care visits and always takes the best care of our babies. Unfortunately, our baby did not win his battle but they sympathized with us and really made us feel like we were part of a family. Even when he passed and we brought in our other cat, they still acknowledged him and made us feel better about his situation. We love East Hills and they will be our vet for life! All doctors are great great great! RIP Chalupa ❤️

East Hills is always accommodating and kind. We followed Dr. Bergman here from her old west side practice with our old fiesty dog who was chronically ill after other places closer to home couldn't compare. I'm in the medical field and they always answer my questions and concerns without making me feel like it's too much. It's been years since our first dog passed and we continue to make the drive with our 2 new dogs because great care is worth the drive! Love the mobile app and the kind voices when I call with needs or questions. Thanks East Hills!

My wife and I are happy that East Hills takes care of our Golden Doodle Zeke!! They are kind and quick in the case of Zeke being bite by another dog recently. It was closing time and the Doctors’s able to staple him up, giving us a cone and some pain meds!! This saved us a lot of money from having to go to an Urgent Care facility!! Thank you East Hills!!
