John and his team have been nothing but professional, honest and polite the entire time I’ve been working with them. John is responsive, always returns phone calls and messages, timely and will work with you in a pinch to ensure your horse is taken care of. I have been a client of East Coast Hoof and Wellness Center for over 18 years and the consistent care and professionalism from this group is unmatched. John Rispoli and Louie Fahrion truly standout in their field with all they do to continue their education in research and development of equine podiatry. Most importantly they are kind horsemen who handle my horse as if he were their own, are so respectful and curtious of the boarding facility I am at, and easy to get a hold of when needed. I am lucky to have them on the team that cares for my horse.

John is extremely helpful. Couldn’t be more thankful for everything he has done even when I was a new customer and he didn’t even see my horse yet he guided me through every step. My mom (Tracy) recently bought a horse, she scheduled an appointment with East Coast Hoof and Wellness to come out and do his farrier appointment - they were very professional, gentle and did an excellent job. 2 weeks later the horse had a chip on his hoof - she contacted John and informed him and within 15 minutes he sent out his farrier Evan to fix the chip. Being relatively new to owning a horse can be extremely overwhelming and honestly scary. Going through various farriers to assess my Thoroughbred’s hurting feet was a challenge.
