Timely, tender, empathetic and always leaning into my dog to get his personal and direct feedback or take samples for analysis if needed. Perhaps most important in addition to the kindness of Drs Karen, Kim and Diana with their firm and realistic recommendations, are the tender care and treatment by the Vet Techs Patty, Molly, Jen and others I may have missed. We are very impressed and thankful for the care Dr. Diana Raddatz has been providing for our dog, Harley. She has called us twice after our last visit to discuss ideas on how to best help him. Her compassion shines through!

I’m impressed! My first visit was with my 2 cats whom are like children to me with Dr. Paige. Since I was unable to go inside due to covid, I had to send them in alone with the techs/assistants. I was very hesitant because my cats are a little sassy. Dr. Paige called me with updates during the visit, told me how they were loving on my kitties and came outside personally to let me know how each visit went. Both my cats left happy and I felt very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Diana and Molly were great. You need caring people for your furballs. Very happy.

When our vet was out of town and our beloved Stella declined quickly with ever-diminishing quality of life, we went to East Bay Pet Hospital for her euthanasia. It was such a challenging time and East Bay handled it beautifully. We appreciated the kindness and compassion of the staff, especially Dr. Diana Raddatz, who administered the procedure. We also appreciated that the pet loss room had a separate exit so we could take our time and leave in peace. Thank you so much for your support during this difficult time in our lives.
