I brought my dog for a simple bath and nail trim and my expectations were exceeded! She came home smelling great and her nails were well trimmed. I appreciate the clear communication that was provided about the process and how my dog did during the groom. They offer better pricing than competitors in the area which is just a bonus. We had our 2 year old Goldendoodle groomed today and it’s the best she has ever looked! They took such great care of her, and were so kind and friendly to us too. We highly recommend them.

I normally don't leave reviews but, honestly, this was the worst grooming my dog ever had done. They kept him.5 1/2 hours. When we picked him up the groomer? followed him out cutting hair from his tail. We couldn't see that anything had been done but a small amount of hair cut on back. Never again.

The owners are terrific with my dogs. They take a few hours for grooming as they both have a double coat. They ALWAYS look and smell great when they are done.

I went to theEast Aurora pet boutique East Aurora, New York. I had taken one of my dogs there a few years ago and took both of the dogs there this May yesterday with no issues…without asking how I wanted either of them groomed they cut all the hair off my Yorkie cut his little plum tail hair totally off and my Biewer terrier had a very large plume tail which they are known for. When I got there to pick them up, the girl at the desk, said if they had told me they were gonna cut all the hair off her tail I would’ve called you. I had basically said to her just tell them to take a few inches off the bottom of the tail well they cut all the hair off and she looks like she has a rat tail now called there on the way home to tell them how I was upset she said well I’ll give you a discount nex
