Easdale: best pet care

We used this place to board our 2-3 year dog three separate times. The longest time was about 8 days. All three times she returned to us happy and healthy. The place does a good job of taking care of their pets. Their website is very informative with what they provide and all the different hours and times. I believe they charge about $32.50 per day. If you would like your dog to get a personal walk, it is about $6 per day. I believe a nail trim is about $6. You do provide your own food for the pet. We will definitely be returning!

Most of the 4 and 5 star reviews are for the previous owner. I boarded my dog there when Nancy Secrist was still owner summer of 2019. They were professional fully staffed a contract was signed to protect dog owner and company. My dog stayed there for 4 days. They asked me to bring a couple of his favorite toys, one of my worn shirts for comfort and food. I was nervous leaving him but when I returned I remember my dog being so happy! He was fresh brushed fed and waiting for me in an outdoor kennel. It was pleasant reunion. They even gave me a photo souvenir! His bag food was half eaten which I was so glad to see. Whenever I called to check on him just a couple time, the staff would take the call immediately and let me know how he was doing. I was very happy with Easdale and let them know

Unseen I had double knee replacement surgery on June 13. I made preparations in advance. The most important was boarding my dog Kibou (pronounced key bow). Even at 11, he is still very active. I did a web search for a dog boarding facility. These items were on my criteria. *He would be walked every day *A place that had individual living areas for the dogs *Close to home I found Eastdale! I chose it without seeing the facility. It was based on the excellent reviews and pictures with descriptions. A little over 3 weeks before I took him, he tore his right ACL. The year before he tore his left ACL. I wasn’t sure Eastdale would take him, but they did. The day I took him, Erika told me all of the staff were aware of his condition. I was so impressed! Easdale is a fantastic place! My 11 yr old pup gets excited every time we get in their parking lot. I know my pets are well taken care of when I have to leave. I will never use another pet boarding service! You guys are amazing!! The two photos I attached are of my pups and the ones Easdale sends me while they are in their care!!

Just an amazing and wonderful staff. My dog has stayed there a couple times, and nothing but great care. This last visit is why I'll always recommend this place. My dog fell ill about halfway through his stay. He was immediately taken to Metro by the care taker, who informed me and gave me her personal cell number. Other people from the place was calling her to check in on Hugo and what was going on while they waited to be seen. The diagnosis was not good. He was an older dog, and unfortunately was put down. I was not able to make it back home in time. So she (the caretaker) made sure not to let him be alone and stayed with him for the entirety of the process. She was there for close to 7 hours and never left his side. I cannot thank this entire staff enough. Simply put, great and caring p
