Very happy with my visit to Earthwise today. Even though I was late for my appointment (I had accidentally booked my appointment and a different location) they were so accommodating and understanding! Dawn did a great job grooming my Bichon/Poodle.

What a positive experience! My daughter and I were so excited to visit after seeing this place in the plaza. The employees’ recommendations didn’t disappoint. We were given a quick tour of the store and educated on ingredients- how to use raw food - We also got the lowdown on some of the local food they carry as well as budget friendly options to replace the Costco stuff we have been using: the pups approve! We can tell this place is serious about their passion for animals and shines through in their customer service.

I get my cat groomed regularly at Earthwise Pet and have had nothing but fantastic service and clear communication from them. I was told on my first visit that they don't Kennel the animals after they're done so it is imperative that I pick her up right away, which makes sense because who would want to leave a cat in a cage for hours anyways 😅 the manager Jayme and the owner Felipe are both kind, caring, understanding and reasonable individuals. If you want a store with employees and groomers who actually care about your fur babies, this is the store for you!

Alysa gave my cat Tabby a total shave and bath, and was wonderful with Tabby. I’m amazed at how calm Tabby was when we returned home. Everyone at EarthWise are patient, friendly and caring people. I highly recommend them to anyone that looking to have their pet groomed.😺
