Best pet food store around. I’m so pleased with the customer service, and prices are competitive. They offer a military discount and the store is clean and easy to move around, and both my Dogs enjoy the various treats sold in store.

While I really enjoy supporting Earthwise Pets and appreciate having a local pet store, I wanted to share some feedback about customer service. There is a young employee at the front desk with curly brown hair who has come across as disengaged during our visits. On one occasion, my small child asked if they had dog ice cream, and instead of responding verbally or offering help, she simply pointed toward the refrigerators without explanation. The item was on the top shelf, which made it difficult for us to locate without assistance. Additionally, when I’ve asked questions about dog food, her response has been, ‘I don’t know, I have cats,’ which felt dismissive and unhelpful. I completely understand that no one can know everything, but a little more guidance, friendliness, and willingness

i preordered food with an employee here using my phone number attached to my account, there was no record of my purchase very disorganized and i was charged an ADDITIONAL $10 without prior knowledge of this when i first preordered and PAID in store. very unprofessional! black curly haired girl needs to be trained properly. there was no “deposit” if you are looking for organized pet store that offers great good please go to lucky pet i will never make this mistake again. horrible very horrible

Great store, but sales clerk was absolutely clueless. Didn’t know anything about food selections in the store geared towards picky puppies. Was handed a trial sample of treats which included a $3 off coupon and bought a bag, but coupon wasn’t applied. You would think on a Saturday the store would have the “nutritionist” working to advise on the food selections in the store
