Took my dog here for grooming last week. When she came home she was obsessively licking her back paw. I’m not sure what they did to my baby, but maybe she had gotten nicked or a burn or something from the grooming. I called the next day after being up all night with her crying and trying to lick her leg to tell them what happened and that we had to go to the vet now. They said “oh maybe we’ll call and see how she’s feeling tomorrow” I sent them a picture of her leg, and they never called, or offered a refund or anything. Well we ended up at the vet, she then had a bad reaction to her pain meds or the ointment for her leg, which then ended us at the emergency vet after she spent 6 hours vomiting every 10 minutes all night. A week later now she’s FINALLY starting to feel like herself again.

We have come here multiple times for grooming. The groomers that my anxious Evie sees really take care of her. Most recently Christina. I am always very happy when I get her back and having a consistent groomer has been really helpful with her anxiousness. They have even been able to trim her nails, which she usually fights off.

I love this place. I bring my two Aussie doodles and they do amazing job cc is the groomer everybody in there is so friendly. They do a great job. I recommend this place! Thank you for always being so kind when we walk in the door!

We had a great experience taking our dog here! Rachelle gave our cavapoo a perfect haircut- exactly what we asked for. She was quick and the price was reasonable. After having a bad experience at a different groomer, we will only be taking our dog here from now on.
