Ears to Tail Pet Grooming

My second review for Ears to Tail! I have been with Kailyn for about 2 years now with my guy Kade- she did his very first groom appointment! I would not trust anyone else to get the job done like they do! Thanks for 2 years of good looks!

I have a great pyrenees with long beautiful hair. The 1st time I went there it was good and at a very fair price, I told them NOT to trim his hair and They didn’t. The 2nd time I went there was very different story once again I told them more then once not to trim his hair, but they did anyways the trimmed both sides of him, underneath him, and now there is a bald spot under his front leg. I did not notice at first but when I got home I realized there was something off. I strongly do NOT recommend they can’t even follow one simple instruction.

Was told 60 to 80 dollars once I went to get my dog was $160. Claimed she had fleas...yet my dog does not smell like she was bathed. Will not go again

Low staffing and only have one option for small dogs if they need to wear a muzzle. Also only thing they have to trim nails is allowed buzzing trimmer which is terrifying. I will not be going back my pup was traumatized and I felt like I was being coerced into scaring my dog because I was forced to hold her. My experiences at pet grooming places is not this at all I've never had this experience in my life. I left stressed and sad. Most groomers actually have seven different types of harnesses as well as muzzles and plenty of staff on hand. Most rumors don't always use a loud motorized tool to cut dog's nails. I bring both my dogs here and it’s great every time. Easy drop off and pick up. My dogs love going there and they are priced very well! Highly recommend!
