Dunn's Carpet

Amazing company! Family owned and they work with builders only. I’m confused by the reviews considering they fall under retail and not new construction so they seem to have the wrong company they are reviewing. I love my flooring in my home but I did upgrade my products so my quality of flooring is amazing and the installation was awesome! Sorry guys if you buy cheap you can’t blame the company. You get what you pay for!.

I've used them several times for remodels. They have installed LVP, carpet, laminate and floor tile for me. They also do a fabulous job on tile backsplash and tub/shower walls. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a nice showroom. Any problems that have ever occurred on the property, they have rectified without any issues. I highly recommend. I will use them on my next home for sure!

This company did a terrible job of installing carpet in a new home I bought. The carpet installation has exposed nails from the poor quality strips that they used and these nails have been poking my children. I have called Dunn’s carpet and Craftmark on this issue several times. Dunn’s response is that the only solution is to remove the carpet strips which would void my warranty. There are other carpet installation companies out there who can do a better job. AVOID DUNN’s Carpet Jessup MD.
