Wonderful sale staff. They came to my house and measured my living room, gave me a quote and then we set up a date for them to install. The installers did a wonderful job too.

Went by store to pick out some samples for floor in our home. The sales lady said she would bring them for us to see them at the home and make sure we liked them before we bought it. She shows up the next day with no samples. She said she forgot them at the store, which is 1.7 miles from the home. So she tells us to come by later when she had time to work up some numbers after she did payroll. The next day she called with the cost of a carpet we finally picked out. It was 3k and then I asked her what would the lowest grade of carpet cost she said 3k. She then said we also had to put workers comp insurance on their installers when they laid the carpet. Needless to say we did not do any busy with this company, nor will do any in the future. My advice, shop around!!

Very nice sales rep and the owner and his wife were very pleasant and helped me accomplish vwhat I needed quickly. I will return. I am very pleased with my purchase.
