I get all 3 of my Yorkie’s groomed here and they always look and smell incredible, my dogs absolutely love coming here. The staff is super welcoming and provide thorough answers to any questions I have had. I highly recommend getting your fur babies groomed here me and my pups have had such a great experience 💜

We just picked up our dog and were shocked to see that her eyes are severely bloodshot—something we have never observed before. This raises serious concerns about what may have happened while she was in your care. At the very least, it suggests a failure to uphold the level of duty and care we expect as paying clients. This is not a minor issue, and I need a clear and immediate explanation for how this condition occurred. If we do not receive a satisfactory response and accountability from your business, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter by filing an official complaint with the appropriate authorities, reporting to animal control, and pursuing further action as necessary. We dropped off our dog Hera at D’Tails Pet Grooming around 8:30–9:00 AM on Sept 16th, and since there was only one employee working that day, we were only able to pick her up after 3:00 PM. When I first picked her up, I didn’t notice her eye and made the payment, because Hera was the last dog waiting in the cage to be picked up and all the light were off inside. So as soon as stepped outside saw her eye!!! I then went back inside and asked the employee, Evie, why Hera’s eye was blood red and why she was struggling to open it. Her explanation was: “Maybe some spray got in her eye, that could be why.” So, when I got home, I immediately washed her face. My dogs always come to this grooming salon, and they absolutely love it! The service is excellent, and the staff treats them with so much care. I highly recommend this place a thousand times over. They truly take great care of your pets, but make sure to book an appointment in advance!

They are the most professional groomers I met !! Attitudes were outstanding !! The love of my life was looking rough they made him look like a handsome cat !! I need another five stars to give them 10 amazing !!!!
