Dr. Rumsey Vet Clinic

Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars I would. Here's a few reasons why. The receptionist is rude, and get away with it because shes the vets wife. They like to put animals down often, claiming that there was a mistake made. (An example one of my friends took his puppy who was perfectly healthy there to be neutered recently, dropped the dog off, went to work, and had to leave early because they put the dog down instead). They also refuse care to whichever patients they choose. My family had a dog for 11 years and started to decline quickly in health and the receptionist refused to help him because we had switched vet clinics 5 years prior (after they told us to put our dog down cause he didnt like getting his nails clipped.) The receptionist never even greeted us when we got there,checked us in nothing she was to busy arguing on the phone with someone about a bill. They never told my elderly friend when she made the appointment that after she put her dog to sleep that,of all the unheard of,coldhearted things to expect a grieving pet owner to do is to take their pet with them 25 minutes away to the crematory that they dont have a pick up service there. When we got to the place they were very nice and sympathetic much better than Dr.Rumsey's office She said they use to pick up there? Also I found the vet to be uncaring and rude. Time to retire if you ask me .

Extremely unprofessional receptionist, be aware. I scheduled an appointment, when I got there they were closed. Called 10 times and nobody answered. Received a call back 2 hours later saying they couldn’t see me (a heads up would have been nice before driving there and wasting time) Receptionist hangs up early every time I’ve called. Clearly does not care about your pet and is annoyed to do her job. Do yoursel, and your pet, a favor and avoid coming here. Please go find someone else that will actually care for your pet

One of the kindest office I have ever been to. Everyone there is so concerned about your pet. They truly love our babies. I am so glad to have them as our vets when my babies need them.

My grandma had to take her 15-year old dog to get euthanized unfortunately. He was very curt and rude. He had no bed side manners and the receptionist didn't tell her that she would have to take the dog back after her dog passed to go to the crematorium.
