I, myself, have stopped attending appointments (if you’ve noticed) because Dr. Muller has been extremely rude to ME. Rather than switch Khloe to another practice, I have sent my husband to avoid having to see her. I was massively pregnant 3 years ago and Dr. Muller accused me of not taking good care of my dog and when I uncomfortably replied that I own a business and have young children so I’m doing my best she replied “well I did it all and was fine.” That was my last straw. Dr. Rita Rivero is the best veterinarian in Bergen County. My family and I have had the honor of knowing her as she cared for our just shy of 16 year old Wheaton Terrier. From the time Jersey was 5 months old until her passing 3 weeks ago, Dr Rivero has been an incredibly caring and knowledgeable person. She is the only veterinarian that Jersey ever saw and we wouldn’t have it any other way. So Blessed to have had her care for Jersey even at the most difficult time in the end. We are first time dog owners, and we brought our 4.5 month old, 6LB, miniature dachshund puppy here for his first vet visit after getting him. The visit itself was fine, but they were incredibly generous with the amount of shots they gave him and pushed extra ones to save us the trip - which at the time I thought was fine, and they told us “he would be fine, just tired.” For the past 4 months, the pup has had incredibly dry skin - to the point that he scratches it raw. We go to a new vet now simply because of the fact it’s closer to our home, and they have been trying to help us figure out what is wrong with his skin. Dr. Muller is exactly the vet you need for your pet. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She never tries to give us unnecessary vaccinations or treatments. My dog is 14 and has arthritis. She gets monthly shots that significantly improved her mobility. Every month we go for the shot and nails. I'm very grateful I don't need to give my dog tranquilizer anymore since Dr. Muller is so efficient and fast with the shot and the nails. Wonderful staff there. Everyone is kind and professional. However this clinic is always full. Must set an appointment in advanced if you don't want to wait. Highly recommended!

For me, Dr. Rita Rivera is not just a veterinarian. She is the best I have ever met. She has a human heart and cares about animals, taking care of them as if they were her children. For me, she is the best. I highly recommend her.
